what 33 stores

preferences and up to 32 cached apple music artwork files. modification dates determine which older images get removed.

apple music and spotify

when you connect either app, 33 uses macos automation to read the current track, artist, album, artwork, playback position, and volume, and send playback commands.

manage permission in system settings → privacy & security → automation. each service has its own privacy policy; 33 does not sign you in.

network requests

spotify artwork downloads go directly to the https address supplied for the current track. images stay in a temporary memory cache; 33 adds no library metadata to these requests.

this website

no analytics, tracking cookies, accounts, forms, or connection to your music apps.

storage and deletion

app store data lives in the macos container at ~/Library/Containers/com.ryanaque.33. preferences use the standard macos preferences system.

quit 33, then delete this container to remove saved data. 33 does not modify or delete your music files.
